Request

Tell us what the document is, where it came from, and what you need.

Most official-record orders can start before upload and before payment. Send the document facts, destination country, and real deadline, and we will confirm the certified-copy, apostille, legalization, or notary step that fits the job. If no apostille is needed and you only need notarization, use the notarization-only upload path instead.

Notarization-only path

Only need a notarization? Use the upload page.

If your document only needs to be notarized and you do not need an apostille, legalization, or certified-copy handling, start at the online notary upload page. That keeps you out of the apostille intake and gets the signer workflow moving faster.

Upload for online notarization

Before you message us

The fastest useful answer starts with four facts.

Price, timing, and next steps usually depend on the same few details. Sending these up front helps us give you a clear answer right away.

Document

What is the document?

Tell us the document type and where it came from: state office, county, court, company registry, school, or another source.

Country

Where is it going?

Tell us the destination country and any embassy or consulate instructions you already have.

Deadline

How fast does it matter?

Tell us the real deadline and whether you need scan-back, courier delivery, or original documents shipped.

Need

What do you need help with?

Tell us whether you need a record obtained, an apostille, legalization, a notary step, or review of documents already in hand.

Once those four facts are in the request, we can usually give you a much clearer answer right away.

Pick the workflow

Most official-record orders can start before upload.

Start with the facts that tell us what kind of job this is. We can often review the request before the document is physically in hand, especially for company and other official-record requests.

What lets us answer fast

Start with these three details.

Most requests move faster when these are in the first message.

1

Document

Tell us what it is and who issued it: county, court, company registry, school, or agency.

2

Country and deadline

Tell us where it is going and when it is needed. Embassy or consulate instructions help when you have them.

3

What you want handled

Tell us if you need a certified copy, apostille, legalization, a notary step, scan-back, courier delivery, or review.

Combined packages

One order can include more than one document type.

Wyoming Apostille helps with Wyoming documents. If the same order also includes a signer-created document, that document may use a Florida online notary public through Notary Geek, while the Wyoming record stays with the Wyoming apostille handling.

State official record

A company status document, certified copy, articles, court record, or county record generally follows the state or office that issued that record.

Signer-created document

An operating agreement, POA, affidavit, authorization letter, UBO letter, or similar document may need an online notary act first. That notary act is commonly handled through a Notary Geek Florida online notary public.

Clear before billing

Before final payment, we identify how each document will be handled so the online notary step is explained clearly when it belongs in the package.

Start your request

Use one intake for official records, certified copies, and document review.

Use this form for records you already have, records you need us to obtain, apostille or legalization review, or certified-copy-only requests. If you only need notarization and no apostille, use the notary upload path instead.

Notary Geek has handled more than 15,000 document or client matters through its service and related workflows. The point of this intake is to confirm the right next step before you pay.

  • For many company and state-record requests, the company name, document type, and destination country are enough to begin.
  • If the matter is urgent, put the real deadline in the form so the team can triage timing with the document details in view.
  • If the package also includes a signer-created document, say that in the request now so the notary step is surfaced early.

If you are mailing originals, use the preferred Clearwater receiving address below. For completed records or documents that do not need notarization first, we can often provide a FedEx label so you can drop the package off without guessing where it should go.

Notary Geek 100 South Belcher Road #5148 Clearwater, FL 33758
  • For completed records or documents that do not need notarization first, ask us for a FedEx label before shipping.
  • Include a cover sheet with your name, email, phone number, destination country, and any deadline.

By submitting a request or file, you understand that Notary Geek may store your submission, provider event data, and related files in private backend systems for review, audit, support, and workflow operations. Read the Privacy Policy.

Special intake paths

Use the variant that keeps the signer flow clean.

Most requests should use the main request form or the normal online notary upload. These two paths are for cases where another person is organizing the matter first or the documents are already in hand.

Third-party intake

Someone else is paying, uploading, or organizing

Use this when a lawyer, employer, family member, or other organizer wants to give us the documents first and keep the signer path simpler.

Signer-only form

The documents were already provided

Use this when the signer should not see another document-upload field because the package is already with us.

Standard workflow

One signer, one payer, normal upload flow

If one of the signers is paying and the signer still needs to upload the documents, keep using the standard request or notary-upload path.

Verification sources

Proof you can check.

Use official records and public profiles to verify the service before sending documents. Online notarization usually uses Florida online notaries. State-issued records stay with the office or state that issued them. Signers outside the U.S. can use a non-U.S. passport and do not need a Social Security Number.

Each card opens the source directly so you can confirm the latest profile, rating, or listing in its original context.

Operating experience

Operating background.

These figures come from Notary Geek's own records. Use them as background, then verify the public sources above when you want independent proof.
