Many customers believe they already have a certified copy because they have a PDF, download, formation packet, or good-standing certificate. For handled Wyoming company-record apostille work, the cleaner route is usually to obtain the Wyoming state-issued record again instead of starting with a customer upload.

This is not the same product as a service that prints an uploaded scan, attaches a custodian or "true copy" statement, notarizes that statement, and gets an apostille on the notarial chain. For Wyoming company records, the point is the official state record.

A registered agent may offer separate document-ordering or concierge help, but that does not prove they are walking documents into the Wyoming counter, holding an appointment slot, scanning the completed packet, or shipping internationally. A notarized copy certification, custodian statement, or notarial cover sheet is not the same as a Wyoming Secretary of State certified company record. If the customer needs a Wyoming company record, the record needs to come from Wyoming.

Before comparing prices, ask what exactly is being apostilled: the fresh state-issued company record, a physical certified copy issued by the state, or a notarized private statement attached to a printed upload.

The add-on document does not have to be for the same company. A single order can include records for three different Wyoming companies, or a Certificate of Good Standing plus Articles of Organization, and the additional eligible company documents are still $80 each.

The first document controls the shipping lane. The add-on company-document price stays the same whether the first document is scan-back only, Mexico/Canada, Spain/most countries, remote-fee, or special high-cost shipping.

Wyoming notary caution

Zoom is not the whole remote-notary answer.

Wyoming law allows remote online notarization and remote ink notarization, but the transaction still needs Wyoming satisfactory evidence and a compliant electronic notarization system or communication-technology workflow. A provider saying it uses Zoom or another video tool is only the sight-and-sound layer.

For a notarized Wyoming private document, ask for the transaction-date record: notary authority, remote-online or remote-ink route, identity-proofing/KBA/credential-analysis/public-key-certificate evidence where required, journal or recording record, and any prerequisite authentication before apostille.
